today it is world mental health day , we have a chance to talk openly about our mental health. what is good,bad or ugly about our mental health. we all have mental health and we really need to talk more about it.
our mental health should be as much of a priority as our physical health. take care of ourselves can help. self care can include yoga,meditation, relaxing with a good book or switching off our mobile phones for a while to take time out.
