We are living in strange times that we have never experienced before, away from our normal lives , isolated, afraid and uncertain. This can lead to feeling many different emotions throughout our day and that is perfectly normal. Remember that we can only do our best and that living in the moment , day by day and not thinking too much about the future will help. I cannot promise a solution but i can say that talking about our emotions really does help.

These feelings may upset friends and family and it can be good to be to express those feelings in a safe place. lets talk about building resilience, resilience can helps us to bounce back from the setbacks in life
Through out our lives, setbacks will happen to all of us at some stage BUT if we learn to adapt better to these life events it will hopefully have less of an impact on our mental health. We cannot stop these events happening but we can change how we react to them. I'm not saying we can laugh things off and be strong i am talking about learning to be vulnerable and start to understand yourself now to build your reserves for future setbacks. whatever happens, whatever anyone tells you or you tell yourself, you will always be good enough.
today it is world mental health day , we have a chance to talk openly about our mental health. what is good, bad or ugly about our mental health. we all have mental health and we really need to talk more about it.
our mental health should be as much of a priority as our physical health. take care of ourselves can help. self care can include yoga, meditation, relaxing with a good book or switching off our mobile phones for a while to take time out. |
