lets talk about building resilience, resilience can helps us to bounce back from the setbacks in life
Through out our lives, setbacks will happen to all of us at some stage BUT if we learn to adapt better to these life events it will hopefully have less of an impact on our mental health. We cannot stop these events happening but we can change how we react to them. I'm not saying we can laugh things off and be strong i am talking about learning to be vulnerable and start to understand yourself now to build your reserves for future setbacks.
